Anti-climatic really. After a great couple of weeks or so away, short run to Dieppe seemed almost inconsequential.
Getting there with plenty of time to spare is always sensible, IMHO. Also, in the last few days there had been some panic regarding the unloading ramp at Newhaven being available, due to a hydraulic system failure. Luckily it was all fixed by the time I left France.
Never been to Dieppe town, must go there one trip.
